November is already here, and that means the holiday season is right around the corner. This year, we have an exciting new holiday event to let you know about taking place in our neighborhood. This first-annual Corolla Christmas Village will take place each Friday and Saturday from November 26 until December 18th from 5-9 PM. This is an outdoor event that will offer extraordinary shopping opportunities, refreshments, and performances around the village stores. The village will be decorated with trees, lights, and all the glamorous decorations of the holidays! We hope you’re able to join in the festivities and be a part of this new tradition! In real estate news, the market woke up from its two-month siesta last month. After what we thought was the beginning of a cooling-off period, the market reminded us that it is still full of surprises. The activity levels for the past few weeks came back with a vengeance. The OBX Homes Team was busy typing and negotiating offers for buyers and sellers, and the even better news is that most ended in contracts. We are excited to see what the next few weeks will bring in the housing market, and are on par to shatter another sales record for our team and Twiddy!
